Last Monday I released Decayloop, and the way you responded honestly warmed me more than I expected. The track was heavy, a little unsettling, yet so many of you embraced it—and that gave me such a strange, wonderful rush.

This one is different again—messier, more experimental. It’s got shadows that twist in directions even I wasn’t sure about when I made it. Part of me worries you’ll step back and think, “this is too strange.”

This Wednesday, August 25th, I’m releasing a brand-new album called Swarm. It’s a digital single with 5 tracks—kind of a small swarm of songs buzzing together. I tried a few experimental ideas this time, so it feels a little different from my past releases. Curious to know how it will sound to you.

Meanwhile… summer is slowly saying goodbye, but the heat still feels endless. And then the rain came, heavy and relentless. I heard about people struggling with flood damage—it made me feel sad and powerless. I guess that mix of exhaustion, heat, and worry found its way into my music too.

It’s hot.
I’ve been running between work, home, and my little music corner —
writing, recording, editing, repeat.
Every day feels like it melts a little more than the last, and so does my brain.
Hope you’re holding up better than my air conditioner.

So… Fake Alive came out not too long ago.
Honestly? I thought it was one of my better ones!
The song felt good, the mix was clean, and the video actually turned out kinda cool.
And yet… it slipped out like a whisper and vanished into the void 🫠

I’m not mad or anything — just doing a bit of quiet whining.
Maybe the timing was off, maybe the algorithm’s playing hard to get.
Or maybe I’m just yelling into the wrong hallway.

Anyway, if you did catch it, and something felt off or nice or meh,
I’d love to know. Even a “this line slapped” or “this part confused me” helps.

The sun has been shouting lately, not just shining.

So I’ve been spending most of my days indoors,

Is this heat even real?
I’m supposed to be working on new music, but honestly, even the melodies feel like they’re melting.
My brain’s fried, my synths are sweating—pretty sure I’m going to evaporate before I finish this track 😵‍💫

Trying to stay productive…
But this weather feels like nature’s way of saying “take the day off.”

Anyone have tips for surviving heatwaves and still getting stuff done?
For now, it’s me, a bucket of ice water, and sheer willpower.

The air is thick, unmoving.
These days, even time feels like it melts a little in the heat.
And maybe that’s why things have slowed down…
especially when it comes to writing.

I keep telling myself to push harder — to create more, to keep going —
but the rhythm isn’t quite there.
The motivation is there, the heart is there,
but the tempo… wavers.

Lately, views have been low.
And I try not to let that matter.
But it does affect me.
Just a little more than I’d like to admit.

I think I need to find a new way.
Not a faster one, but maybe a different one.
Something that lets the music breathe again —
and lets me breathe too.
