My purpose in this life is to be a voice for animals. 💜

Several years ago, when I really started making the connections between what I was taught and what animals were experiencing, I knew I couldn’t stay silent.

I dove into in-person activism—but I also made a decision:

I was going to use my social media platforms FOR THE ANIMALS.

To speak up.
To expose what is hidden.
To challenge the way people think.
To help others make those same connections and begin aligning their actions with their morals.

When I started, I had a small following of around 2K.

Today, this community has grown to more than 42,000 people across my platforms—including almost 12.4K here on Instagram and around 26K on Facebook—with my TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube continuing to grow.

And I’m proud of that growth—not because of the numbers themselves, but because every person reached is another opportunity to create awareness for animals.💜

Social media is activism. ✊🏼

And I know there are vegans and activists out there who WANT to speak up more, but maybe you don’t know what to post. You struggle with consistency. You’re nervous about putting yourself out there. Or you’re sharing your message but want to learn how to reach more people.

I want to help you.

I’m looking for 3 vegans/activists who want to make a bigger impact for animals through social media.

I’ll help guide you as you:

💜 Find your voice and speak up with confidence
💜 Create intentional content that actually has a purpose
💜 Become more consistent with your activism
💜 Grow your platforms and reach more people
💜 Build a social media presence that keeps the animals at the center

You don’t need a huge following to make an impact.

You just need to start using the platform you already have.

If you’re ready to do that, comment or DM me “SOCIAL” and we’ll book a call to talk about where you are, where you want to go, and how I can help you get there.

Only 3 spots. Let’s use social media to make some noise for the animals. ✊🏼

💜 If activism has ever left you carrying grief, anger or despair long after the action was over, you don’t have to carry it alone. Comment SQUAD if you want guidance and a community of activists who understand this part of the work, too.

The vigil ended Thursday.

But emotionally? I’m still processing it.

I’ve been trying to decompress. I’ve needed quiet. Movement. Walks. Hugs from my partner. Time with animals. Conversations with activist friends who understand why this hurts so fucking much.

Because going home doesn’t erase what you witnessed.

I will never forget that mother cow lying on the floor of that truck.
I won’t forget watching her struggle.
I won’t forget the others on that truck, either.

And maybe I’m not supposed to.

Because self-care after activism isn’t about forgetting.
It isn’t about becoming okay with what you witnessed.

It’s about acknowledging the grief, sadness, anger and despair that can follow us home — because carrying those emotions without caring for ourselves can make it harder to continue doing the work that matters so deeply to us.

I don’t want to become numb.
I don’t WANT to stop caring.

I want to take this despair and turn it into determination.

I said something to another activist at the vigil Thursday that I meant with every part of me:

“This is why I will fight until the day I f*cking die.”

For her.
For every animal on that truck.
For every animal we couldn’t save that day.
And for every animal who still needs us to show up tomorrow.

Self-care doesn’t make me care less.

It helps me keep going. 💜

This concludes my Who Takes Care of the Activist? series — BEFORE, DURING & AFTER.

And if this series has made you realize that you need people around you who understand what carrying this work feels like, that’s exactly why community matters.

💜Vegan Squad Activism is a space for vegans and animal rights activists who want guidance, support, confidence and connection while learning how to use their voices for animals.

Comment SQUAD and I’ll send you the details.💜

I dont care who I piss off, who doesn’t like me, who wants to troll me, mock me, etc.

If you’re going to continue perpetuating & supporting systems of violence and exploitation against innocent beings, I’m gonna keep speaking out, period.

Who would’ve know when I was a kid that this would be my life?? ❤️

I am beyond grateful to have been given this open heart & mind.

To have the ability to see beyond what we have all been taught.

To realize that we aren’t the only ones who matter on this planet.

To witness injustice and take action.

To be a leader instead of a follower.

To use my voice for others that are ignored.

Don’t worry… my B12 is just fine. 😉

But there ARE a few things I seem to be deficient in as a Vegan…

Hypocrisy.
Cognitive dissonance.
Speciesism.
Willful ignorance.
Apathy.
A human superiority complex.
And silence.

Because for me, Veganism was never about being perfect.

It was about recognizing that Animals are individuals whose lives belong to THEM — and they deserve to live free from human exploitation, suffering, and unnecessary harm.

Their right to their own lives shouldn’t depend on whether we love them, find them cute, relate to them, or see value in what they can provide for us.

They have value simply because they are someone, not something.

Once I knew what was happening to Animals, I couldn’t unknow it.

I couldn’t keep participating simply because exploitation was normalized, convenient, traditional, or socially accepted.

And I definitely couldn’t stay silent.

Animals don’t need us to quietly disagree with what is happening to them.

They need us to speak up.

Being Vegan isn’t where my advocacy ends.

It’s where it begins.

And if you’re Vegan but you’ve been wanting to do MORE—yet you’re unsure where to start, what to say, or how to find your voice—that’s exactly why I created Vegan Squad Activism. 💜

A community for Vegans ready to turn their compassion into ACTION, with resources, guidance, live Q&As, support, and a whole squad standing beside you.

I can’t wait til this industry dies out🤮.

And for those of you who are addicted to the breastmilk of a mother cow… cheese, yogurt, sour cream, and so on and so forth…. It’s time to analyze what the hell you’re supporting day in and day out.

You are NOT A BABY COW/CALF.

Your body has NO reason to consume the breastmilk of another species.
Not sure how in this day and age people just don’t get it.

Wowww 🤦🏻‍♀️🤯

“Look at what's been spray-painted across this little dairy calf's back. All because she struggles to feed from the automatic feeder, and takes time to bottle feed.

She should be suckling from her mother!

If this disgusts you, good. Your empathy is intact.

Let's be really honest here. If you're a kind human or an animal lover, you should not be financially supporting the dairy industry. 🤢

Ironically this was posted in a Facebook group called "Farming Mums NZ" with dozens of laughing reactions. You’d think that a group of mums might understand why this is so messed up.”💔

I CREATED SOMETHING FOR YOU. 💜

For years, I’ve shown up for animals in so many different ways—protests, vigils, outreach, disruptions, sharing their stories online, standing outside slaughterhouses…and simply refusing to stay silent.

And somewhere along the way, I realized something:

Finding your voice is powerful.
But finding your PEOPLE changes everything.

Because activism can be beautiful and empowering—but it can also be incredibly heavy.

Sometimes you need guidance.
Sometimes you need encouragement.
Sometimes you need someone to say, “I understand. I feel it too.”

And sometimes you just need a community that reminds you why you started. 💜

That’s why I created VEGAN SQUAD ACTIVISM. ✊🏼

A community for vegans and activists who want to:

🗣️ Find their voice
❤️‍🔥 Build their confidence
✊🏼 Take meaningful action for animals
🤝 Connect with people who GET IT

Inside, we’ll have resources, activism guidance, live Q&As, discussions, support, encouragement—and most importantly, each other.

Whether you’ve been an activist for years or you’re sitting there thinking, “I care so much, but I have NO idea where to start…”

There is a place for you here.

You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room.
You don’t have to know everything.
You don’t have to be fearless.

You just have to care enough to take that first step.

And we’ll take the next ones together.
