Blackmagic have quietly announced a 16TB version of their popular Cloud Store Mini for $2,995. Ive been a user of the 8TB version since it was released and cannot praise it enough… it’s a crucial part of my editing and storage workflow. Having a 16TB version available in the same compact rack mountable form factor is a great move by BM! This gets me excited for what else they have in store for us at NAB next month!

This is cool, ‪@photojoseph‬ saw my video on turning the ATEM ISO DaVinci Project into a Multicam Timeline… and then used that to take it a step further to allow you to replace the footage from ANY camera (not just a Blackmagic Camera). Today’s video is a tutorial MANY of you have been requesting! How to turn an ATEM ISO DaVinci file into a full MULTI-CAM PROJECT, so you can edit it in the Edit tab of DaVinci and use the Multicam viewer to make cuts/edits. It’s taken me months to crack the code, but I’ve finally done it!

Sony has just unveiled the new ILX-LR1 professional camera with a 61.0 effective megapixel, full-frame image sensor, interchangeable E-mount lenses, and full remote operation. It's also got both 4K and 1080p HDMI output. On paper this look to be a serious contender if you're in the market for a small box camera for your live stream setups! Sony has thrown down the micro camera gauntlet... will Blackmagic reply ahead of IBC 😉
