My new oc her name is Yuki Tsumugi (for the last name Tsumugi if you know you know) she has black hair with a white streak in the front, grey eyes, she is five foot thee and her quirk is frost and clouds. She goes to UA and is in class 1B. she is dating Shoto todoroki her friends are pony, angel, Shio and her best friends are kendo and vamps. Yuki is the youngest of a family of four she has an older brother Hoshi (witch means star) her mom died in a villain attack two years before she started UA if you want to know the villain it was Stain who killed her and her dad is away for work a lot.Her hero name is Frost Cloud she lives in the simple part of Japan just like the Todoroki’s. She is a bookworm and loves to stay at home with her favorite books.
