Today, SAS Foundation received a generous donation of around 200 brand new t-shirts and shorts from 𝗠𝘀. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗮 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮, whose family once ran a garment unit that had to shut down during the COVID period.

Instead of distributing them randomly, she chose to research credible NGOs—and after careful evaluation, 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗔𝗦 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 with this heartfelt contribution. 🙏

These clothes will soon bring smiles to children in 𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘀, 𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻’𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀—a true example of how even unsold inventory can become a 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘁𝗵 for someone in need.

Today marks a proud moment for all of us at SAS Foundation as we take another step toward empowering the youth of our nation! 🚀

We’ve extended financial assistance to Sachin Kumar, a passionate mentor who runs a makeshift boxing academy in Farrukhnagar, Haryana. His academy is a beacon of hope for kids from nearby villages who dream big but often lack the resources to pursue them.

With this support, a proper boxing ring will soon be built – a space where these young warriors can train with real gear, hone their skills, and prepare to shine on national platforms. 🌟

At SAS Foundation, we believe in building a brighter future through initiatives in education, health, environment, and community development. This project, part of our health initiatives, promotes sports and healthy living, inspiring young minds to dream, strive, and achieve!

SAS Foundation just held its 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭-𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐞-𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐢𝐝𝐚 at 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, 𝐒𝐞𝐜 𝟗𝟒, and it was a massive success! 🎉

Thanks to the incredible support of the residents and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐰𝐥𝐚 (𝐀𝐨𝐀 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭), we collected e-waste while raising awareness about the importance of 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐲.

With this drive, we’ve now collected an impressive 𝟐𝟐𝟗𝟕 𝐊𝐠𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐞-𝐰𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫, moving closer to our ambitious 𝟑-𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭! 🚀

🌟 SAS Foundation Hits New Milestone in E-Waste Collection! 🌟


📍 Sector 76, Faridabad
On 8th December, SAS Foundation successfully conducted its 16th e-waste collection drive of 2024! Residents came together to donate and recycle responsibly, showcasing their commitment to a cleaner, greener planet.


💡 Key Highlights:
✅ Items Collected: 1 washing machine, 1 LCD TV, 1 smartphone, 1 feature phone, and ~26 Kgs of miscellaneous e-waste.
✅ Sector 76 Total: ~441 Kgs of e-waste recycled across 4 drives.
✅ Yearly Total: ~2296 Kgs of e-waste collected and recycled so far!
✅ Revised Target: 3 tonnes of e-waste recycling in 2024.


💼 This drive was led by Nitin Saini (SAS Foundation), Shravan Dabi (TCS), Abhishek Srivastava & Sanjay Sharma (Vardan RWA), and Arjun & Monu (Attero).

🌱 Residents were educated on the importance of e-waste recycling and how the collected materials are responsibly processed.

🌍 Expanding Reach: Drives are now happening in Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, and soon in Chennai.

🙏 A big thank you to everyone who participated, especially Shravan Dabi for championing e-waste awareness in Sector 76!
