Did research on whether it is or isn't possible to have GAD, SAD and panic disorder all at the same time and this is my answer I got. So it's possible to have these at the same time. Why am I doing this y'all may ask? Because on October 21st 2025, I got 3 new labels for my mental health issues which are GAD, panic disorder and depressive disorder hence why I feel so damn negative on myself and in life along with the constant worrying of anxiety and constant panic attacks going on. Those 3 new labels I got fucking scared me and saddens me because it's new to me in my life. I take therapy as I get some help for my issues thank goodness.
