Esther 4:14 says this:
If you stay silent, help will rise from somewhere else.
But you—you will miss it.

And who knows… maybe this is exactly why you were put here.

Let that settle.

Your silence is causing people to suffer; people assigned to the barriers that your voice was meant to break.

Esther’s only assignment was to speak up for the people she was called to.But before she ever opened her mouth, she consecrated herself.
She fasted. She got a better word.

Because in the natural, all she could see was death: You can’t go to the king uninvited.
The last queen got dismissed. Fear was real.

But she chose to obey.
She positioned herself under God’s authority
and when she opened her mouth, favor followed.
Favor was on her lips.

You have no idea what’s in your mouth.
You don’t know what bloodlines your words will free.
What mantles your obedience will release.
What heaven is waiting for you to decree.

But you’ll never find out if you stay silent in fear,
bound by weariness,
trapped by the same language that’s been tearing you down.

God is calling you away.
So He can teach you how to speak again.
How to steward your words,
how to carry power in your mouth,
how to declare what He’s placed inside of you—
and watch it happen.

God doesn’t just use your life;
He refines it.

And that includes who you follow, how you speak,
and what you allow.

Earlier, I posted that the most rewarding thing you can ever do with your life is allow God to use it for His glory.

That kind of surrender sounds beautiful…
until He starts pruning the parts of you that look like fruit but aren’t.

Like when I went to follow someone on socials,
and the Holy Spirit stopped me mid-scroll and said:
“They write Jesus in their profile, but do they carry Him in their heart?”

Conviction like that doesn’t come from out of the blue. It comes from being discipled by the Holy Spirit.

And when you’re truly being discipled by Him;
He gives you boundaries.
He is the boundary.
Guarding your heart.
Guarding your lips.
Guarding your desires.

And the fruit of that… is discernment.

Which brings me to lip liner;
because yes, even beauty has something to teach.

Lip liner doesn’t just define your lips.
It creates a boundary.
It trains what’s applied to stay in place.
It marks what belongs and what doesn’t.

And in my next post, I’ll go deeper into this.
Because when I draw my lip line,
I’m reminded:
This is where beauty stays.
Anything outside of this; has to go.
