Hi, I'm Claire! I’m an award-winning self-published author of paranormal thriller books (my book "They Stay" won the Grand Prize at the 2023 Writer's Digest Self-Published Book Awards and is the first in a five-book series).
There is no one way to write a book. I’m a strong believer that the only way to develop your own writing process is by trying a bunch of different methods to find out what is the most helpful to you. In my videos, I share how I approach every stage in my writing process, from brainstorming to editing, in the hope that it could give you something to try that could help you level up as a writer. I share techniques that have improved my own writing so you can see if the same strategies help you. TL;DR - my paperbacks are on sale!
In my livestream a couple of weeks ago, I mentioned I was re-designing all the covers in my paranormal thriller series. The old covers will no longer be available in the old style cover starting in a couple of weeks. I just cut prices on my paperbacks so they will be discounted over the weekend. If you want to complete your collection of all the books in their original covers before the covers change, this is the best price they'll be offered at, and I urge you to go grab a copy over the weekend before prices go back up on Monday 😄
Here's a look at the new cover style and They Stay's new cover. All 5 books are getting a makeover in this more cinematic style. I'm SO excited about it.

I just finished book 5 in my series this week and so am officially off my video hiatus 🎉
I’m so excited that the series is complete. Now that I have written the ending and have gone through the entire process, I’m psyched to start making content about writing endings, structuring series, lessons I learned, and more. Once the book is out, I’m also planning a big video breaking down the character arcs of every character in the series to share how I crafted them, and why I made the decisions that I made to take them through a journey from the beginning to the end of both each book and the entire series. Exciting stuff is coming. I greatly appreciate you being patient with me during my deadline ❤️
