It is TOO easy to get caught up in comparing your business to someone else’s.

Sis, you’re not alone. I think it’s human nature to become so focused on what everyone else is doing that you start feeling like you just don’t measure up.

But consider the Israelites during the time of Nehemiah. Each family was tasked with repairing the portion of wall in front of their household—every single brick was vital.

What if the neighbors had spent all their time comparing their progress? The job never would have gotten done!

You don’t have to build the WHOLE wall all by yourself. Just focus on the small portion that God has assigned YOU and trust that You’re building His kingdom...right where you are.

It's definitely smart to spend your mornings in prayer and meditation. Even if all you have to give God is 5-minutes, you can still talk with Him!

Psalm 5:3 says…
“In the morning, LORD, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.” (NIV)

Not the easiest thing to do, but take time EVERY DAY to tell God about what you want—ask Him to bless your business with new clients, new products, and increased income. Bring your requests before Him and wait patiently. Then watch as God bestows blessings on you and your business!

Gratitude is both an outlook and a habit. The more you focus on what you’re grateful for, the more it becomes natural to find things to BE grateful for.
