​We’re launching Room by Room (and Area by Area)—a new series giving GMs a tactical blueprint for running official 5.5e adventures with a strict 30-to-60-minute VTT prep limit.
​We will break down narrative threads, environmental foreshadowing, and monster tactics in Fantasy Grounds Unity without over-engineering your maps.

​Vote for the legendary dungeon from Quests from the Infinite Staircase we should tackle first:
​1. The Lost City (Lvls 1–4): A desert ziggurat. Learn to manage vertical sandboxes and track rival factions on the fly.
​2. Pharaoh (Lvls 7–9): A trap-heavy Egyptian tomb. Learn to use FGU line-of-sight for shifting walls and telegraph lethal hazards fairly.
​3. Expedition to the Barrier Peaks (Lvls 11–13): Sci-fi inside a crashed spaceship. Learn to run high-tech hazards and avoid the "visual asset trap."

**The Mists are rising... and I’m keeping a close eye on the horizon. 🦇**
Wizards just officially opened pre-orders for the next big D&D 5.5 setting, **Ravenloft: The Horrors Within**, and the hype is starting to feel very real. While the full release isn’t until June 16th, I’ve been tracking the early previews and "Season of Horror" news coming out of GAMA.

I’m particularly curious about the **Lupin** making a return as a playable species and the rumors of high-CR Darklords (some say even Cthulhu might be making a guest appearance in a new domain!). For those of us on **Fantasy Grounds Unity**, I’m mostly looking forward to seeing how they automate the 40+ bestiary entries and those new "Dark Gift" feats.

It’s too early for a full deep dive, but I’m definitely digging through the articles as they drop. What are you all hearing? Are you planning to update your horror campaigns to the 2024 rules this summer?
