I am not a licensed medical doctor, therapist, or psychiatrist. I speak as a servant of the Most High God—someone who has walked through trauma, mental illness, and emotional pain, and who is being healed daily through obedience to His Word.

While I’ve had professional counseling and psychiatric care in the past, when I could no longer afford it, God provided in-house clinical support through my family and friends. My sister studies forensic psychology professionally, and my mother—who is a licensed nurse—works in psychiatric care, with over a decade of experience specializing in mental health. Sisterhood, The Teachers God has given to teach his word and so many other mechanisms God used in my life and still does. God allowed his word to come from so many and through many ways because God is not limited!

God also placed a best friend in my life who teaches me His Word, helping me grow in repentance, bear the fruit of the Spirit, and walk in transformation. I’m still healing. I’m still learning. And I’m still being renewed daily.

Everything I share—whether through speaking, writing, or creative projects—is a testimony. It’s what God gave me. I share it not to diagnose or prescribe, but to encourage. If you desire healing, restoration, or clarity, I pray my testimony points you to the One who heals, redeems, and gives eternal life. #Jesus
