Happy Sunday. I wanted you to know that I see some comments and when I go to respond they are not there. I am not sure what is going on with YouTube. I wanted to answer Barbara but I cannot find the comment. I remember part of the question. My advice is to surrender and lift your worries/pain to the divine. For me it is Mother Mary. I give it to her to transmute. I do it every day for as long as it takes. I also work with Arch Angel Michael to cut cords and Arch Angel Raphael for healing. I hope this helps.

Today is a day of intense energy activation and upgrades. 9/9, - and a good time to take advantage of the open portal. Meditation, grounding in nature etc... When things from the past come up for purging and healing, feel the feelings but don’t stay there for too long. Think about how you would handle the situation differently now and realize how far you have come. Forgiveness is the key. I am focusing on what I wish to create with the new moon coming September 17th. It’s a balancing act to see a vision of what you wish to create and not be attached to the outcome.
