Happy International women's day!!!! I'm late by a few hours but my sentiments are still true!!!!
Women are literally the center of the universe. We owe our lives, our culture, our love to women. From being at the forefront of revolution to the first interactions we have as humans, women are the definition of life.
Protectors, communicators and allies, they enrich our lives beyond what our culture seems to acknowledge and this is a good start to manifest gratitude.
Thank you to all the women who have built history in the shadows, in silence and if they are in the public light, they are under a hyper critical eye that always scrutinizes, but never acknowledges.
I have taken it as my goal in life to use my position in our culture to make the heteropatriarchal sphere less hostile towards the feminine and develop a more nuanced view of intersectional feminism that is inclusive and understandable.
Shout out to ciswomen, trans women, bi women, lesbian, femme, masc, all women!!! I love and appreciate you!!!!!
