HOW TO PAINT WPC DOORS AND FRAMES

1) Surface Cleaning
• Remove dust, oil, and dirt using water and mild detergent.
• Wipe the surface with a clean cloth and let it dry completely.

2️⃣ Light Sanding
• Sand the surface lightly with 220–320 grit sandpaper.
• This creates surface roughness so paint can stick properly.

3️⃣ Apply Primer
• Use a plastic or composite primer.
• Apply one thin coat using a spray gun, roller, or brush.
• Allow it to dry for 2–4 hours.

4️⃣ Putty (Optional)
• If the surface has small holes or uneven areas, apply acrylic wall putty or automotive putty.
• Sand again after drying to get a smooth finish.

5️⃣ Paint Application

You can use:
• PU (Polyurethane) paint – best finish and durability
• Acrylic exterior paint – economical option
• Automotive spray paint – smooth finish

Apply 2 coats, with 4–6 hours drying time between coats.

6️⃣ Clear Coat (Optional)
• Apply PU clear coat or lacquer for extra protection and gloss.
