I am absolutely loving doing live streams! Do you know why? Because I want to be as real as I can online instead of sounding like a salesman. I'm much more interested in people listening to something i'm saying that have to tailor it to exactly what they want for views. Come and join the livestreams daily whenever you can and ask me some questions

What is Healthy Masculinity? It's really just the way to be a Wholesome Man by which a man must actively work on processing his traumas and self-limiting beliefs so that he can approach the world with a degree of "Mercy." - Instead of projecting himself onto the world he can absorb the world around him and not let it throw him off his path. Instead of just taking, this man gives it all back.
Healthy masculinity is basically what I am trying to show men in all the Semen retention and Resistance breaking videos. These things are what helped me develop myself as a young man and hope I can help a lot of men through this channel!

Hey guys, yesterday I went live yesterday for a little bit to test it out with some of the Subscribers and had the time of my life! I want to go live more because I really enjoy connecting with everyone live and it also takes the pressure off trying to make all these videos. I think im much more comfortable doing it live.
I am going to do a live tomorrow at 3pm Barcelona, Spain Time (GMT+1) about how to "De-Sexualise your Mind" for Mental Clarity and Greater Focus.
Hope to see you guys tomorrow 👊🏻

Made a video about something quite central in my life and something that I needed to get over in order to complete the 100 days. Porn was really the most self-sabotaging thing I could do for self-improvement. Has this affected anyone here before?

The first video I made about my 100 days of Semen Retention. Didn't know how many men were actually into this when I made it. Definitely going to remember this one

It's crazy how something as simple as Semen Retention can literally cut through all the dopamine spikes that men are chasing every single day. In order to do SR properly you HAVE TO confront all of your behaviours, cues, triggers that lead to want to pleasure yourself or distract yourself. I think that the conscious men have an obligation to push back at this zombie-like behaviour and change their habits and in doing so change their lives.
How has Social Media, Porn watching, Dopamine addiction affected your life?

One of the hardest things about making a Youtube Channel is just wrestling with trying to make it perfect or authentic. It's sooooo hard to be authentic because from what I've experienced, Not everyone might like me or what I'm posting...
After doing over 100 videos - some edited, some not, some authentic, some trying to preach loads of different things that I think are cool and deleting some old videos I thought were too cringe, I realised that my greatest superpower is just being myself and not everyone is going to resonate, but you will find the people that do. It was a great vulnerability challenge for me.
For anyone who wants to start their own YouTube Channel or anything personal of your own, I hope you find this message well 💥
