My name is Bishara Hatoum, I love making podcasts with other founders and CEOs about their journey and how they achieved a level of success most people only dream about. I am the Founder of Fundo Loans, the 5th fastest-growing company in Australia, started it with nothing handing out leaflets in a shopping centre in Minto Mall, Sydney.

Do you have an ambitious itch? Do you think you are destined for something great? I post about Business, Self-development & Money so you can feel confident and know what others have done, so you can do it yourself.

They weren’t technical.
They weren’t funded.
They weren’t even supposed to be in the accelerator.

But Kyana and Elysée had something most don’t:
Relentless belief in solving a real problem women face every day.

What they built — and how they pulled it off — is proof that the best founders don’t wait for permission.

Most people underestimate the power of their words.

“I can’t” - builds walls.

“I can” - builds bridges

Your mindset shapes your reality. How are you speaking to yourself today?

You can achieve anything in life if you put in the work. Operate like it's still day one. Smell the roses, but then get right back to it.

At 19, I made the bold decision to quit Uni and chase my passion instead.

Here’s what I learned from taking the leap: success isn’t defined by degrees but by resilience, real-world experiences, and the lessons we learn along the way.

Talent is just the start.

If your habits drain your potential, you’re only half as powerful as you could be.

Real growth happens when you plug the leaks, take control, and do the work that others avoid.

Don’t let your talent go to waste—level up your habits.💡🔥

Overthinking every choice? 🚨

If you want to get ahead in life, you need to start making decisions faster and smarter.

Here’s how you can cut through the noise and make sure you’re always moving forward:

1. Limit your options
The more choices you have, the harder it is to decide. Keep it simple—trim down your choices and watch how quickly the right one pops out.

2. Draw a line between good and bad choices
Black and white. You know deep down which options are solid and which are distractions. Filter out the nonsense and focus on what’ll actually get you closer to your goals.

3. Listen to your gut feeling
That gut instinct? It’s often more on point than you think. Stop doubting yourself and start listening to that inner voice telling you what to do.

4. Think of your time as money
Time is your most valuable asset. If you’re spending hours, days, or even weeks on a decision, ask yourself—are you getting a return on that investment? Probably not.

5. Remember that indecision kills
Standing still gets you nowhere. You either make a decision or risk losing the opportunity altogether. Action always beats hesitation.

6. Know that decisiveness grows with each decision
The more decisions you make, the more confident and skilled you become. It’s like a muscle—exercise it often, and you’ll start making moves without second-guessing yourself.

Decisions shape your reality. The faster you make them, the quicker you’ll evolve into the person who grabs opportunities instead of watching them slip away.

Start deciding faster, trust your process, and keep leveling up.
