Not makeup or skincare related but I have a question. How do you get your daily calcium for your bone health? I'd rather not take supplements because from what I've researched it's not the best option. But I need to up my intake without adding lots of fats and sugar into my diet. Everything I research on what to eat sounds like it's lots of added fats, sugars or they will mess with my stomach.
What do you eat to get 1,200 grams a day?
