Hey friends! No long form video from me this week as I am heads down finishing something really big that I cannot wait to share with you very soon. But I wanted to pop in and share a little peek at what life has looked like lately.
Spring break, my first 5K, morning journaling, and just soaking up all the good that this season is bringing. It has been a full and beautiful couple of weeks.
In the meantime I have a couple of Shorts coming your way including a recipe you are going to love. Long form content will be back either later this week or next week and trust me it will be worth the wait.

One of my big goals for 2026 is to create a space where we can connect more personally, a place for women to share our wins, our struggles, ask questions, and just support each other through this wellness journey with zero judgment.
Iβm dreaming up a community space that might include things like:
β¨ Monthly check-in calls
β¨ A group chat
β¨ Sharing our goals and struggles
β¨ Gentle accountability
β¨ Encouragement and support from women who get it
The heart behind this is not to turn it into a paid thing, the goal is simply to create a safe, private space where we can be vulnerable without internet trolls or judgment. Somewhere more intimate than a public comment section, if that makes sense. Iβd have guidelines in place so itβs full of kindness, support, and real connection. Think women supporting women in the most genuine way.
