One of my big goals for 2026 is to create a space where we can connect more personally, a place for women to share our wins, our struggles, ask questions, and just support each other through this wellness journey with zero judgment.
I’m dreaming up a community space that might include things like:
✨ Monthly check-in calls
✨ A group chat
✨ Sharing our goals and struggles
✨ Gentle accountability
✨ Encouragement and support from women who get it
The heart behind this is not to turn it into a paid thing, the goal is simply to create a safe, private space where we can be vulnerable without internet trolls or judgment. Somewhere more intimate than a public comment section, if that makes sense. I’d have guidelines in place so it’s full of kindness, support, and real connection. Think women supporting women in the most genuine way.

My daughter wasn’t feeling well, so we spent the last few days snuggled up while I read Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (aka my personal fave... IYKYK 🪄💛). Needless to say… editing took a back seat.
BUT... the video is almost done and I’m so excited to share it with you. It’s a real-life pantry + fridge reset to help you feel grounded, nourished, and supported going into the holiday season (without falling into the all-or-nothing spiral).
