Please it's very much important we take our health issues serious. Learn to be neat, smell nice always, try to maintain a good personal hygiene for your own benefit, ofcourse when u are neat and smells nice I will definitely have an undiluted self confidence. And do work outside when necessary to burn some cholesterol. DRINK enough water, eat good fruits, if u can't afford them, then u can afford fruits. Study and don't stay out lates. Be home on time when expected and when going out let people know your where about incase of unknown circumstances which we didn't pray for such. Be at peace with one another, do not pay evil for evil rather pay evil for good. Peace be unto you.
