When I started this channel, I never would have thought folks would be that interested in my maundering’s and excerpts. It hasn’t been pretty at times and there have been many nights staring at the computer, in an attempt to tell a story with perspective of what the wildlife and woods mean to me. I have stuck to simply telling the story, cultivating a deep intrinsic value back to the resource and encouraging others to do the same. I’ve kept the trajectory of this channel as organic as possible over the years and maintained the focus on where i believe it should be…Thank you, every person, every comment, every share, every interaction. Y’all bare with me. I never got covid since it started. A few weeks ago I ended up getting it. My body hurt worse than anything I’ve experienced. It was misery for 6 days. I ended up healing up from it but now I’m dealing with the exact symptoms below. Brain fog, irritability, weird strange feelings. That said I’m planning on pushing through and uploading Atleast once per week and 2x per week once I get through this. Not trying to scare y’all but ide recommend washing your hands. Stuff sucks.

Hard to stop It on the exact step count but you get the picture. 26,377 steps at 15% incline. Over 8,000 feet of elevation gain. This took a while. It sucked. I wasn’t that fast. I can tell you it hurt.
I did this to raise awareness about the officer down memorial fund. 26,377 officers we have lost in the line of duty.
Pray for us in law enforcement. It’s a profession that is plaque’d by severe depression. Pray for the families of those brothers and sisters that we have lost. Pray for those that are battling depression due to the nature of the job and what they have experienced. If you feel led donate something.
