PSA: If you're having issues with stuttering AFTER the new update, the team at UrbanLoon Incorporated has been able to trace a new game function thanks to ETW's that ConstBuilds and SkilzBuilds have provided, along with previous ETWs from Neeko.

The current stutter is from:
1. PropertyUtils.CompanyFindPropertyJob.Execute
2. PathfindQueueSystem.PathfindWorkerJob.Execute
3. PathfindJobs.PathfindExecutor.FindEndNode
4. ServiceCoverageSystem.ApplyCoverageJob.Execute

The mod Stutter Fix improves ONLY service coverage sorting/prioritization, but as one bottleneck is optimized, the next upstream bottleneck becomes more apparent.

Thankfully, I have not had this stutter, but I am testing a potential fix to try and see if I can help them out.
