So for whatever reason I've never bought St Germain. It seemed like everyone was super into it when I started getting into cocktails and I guess my rebellious nature kicked in and I decided I didn't need it. What do you all think?

Howdy Folks! I want to revive my 'Let Me Fix That For You' series, and I need your help!

This is a series of videos where I take recipes submitted by you the viewer, and help you to improve them. As home bartenders it is sometimes hard to get honest feedback on cocktails we've created from someone who knows whats up. Your friends will be nice about it, or don't understand what a cocktail really good cocktail should taste like. Thats where I come in.

I'm here to give you feedback on drinks that you are working on. I want to be clear that these should be drinks that you have created that might have a flaw, or aren't as good as you were hoping, and you need a second opinion.

I will give feedback and try to make an adjustment to improve the drink, Obviously this is just my opinion, but hopefully it reveals some aspect of the cocktail R&D process along the way or provides some insight for other people.

Leave your recipes in the comments below and I will pick some to try. These can have home made ingredients if you want but if I can't make the ingredient I wont be able to make the drink so try to keep it within reason. I have been known to buy bottles for this but some bottles I can't get so I might have to substitute. Let me know the issues you are having as well so I can try to address them. Tell me the name, if it doesn't have a name I will give it a silly name, or just call it "So hear me out" which is a funny name by itself.

OK! Here is the last one of these I did, it's from a year ago, I am going to try to do these every couple months, if I can keep a steady stream of recipes coming in, So Give me your recipes!!

In my video yesterday I mentioned the 15% ABV version of Suze. It seems that might be only in Europe? Looks like its 20% here in the US no matter what the logo looks like. The official Suze website lists it as 15, and doesn't mention the 20%. Not sure whats going on.

Good News! Another Livestream is happening this Sunday, Nov 7 at 5 pm pacific time!

We're going to try a "Let Me Fix That For You" format! We have 2 drinks to try, one from ‪@ZachZoschke‬ which is Rye, Cynar and Pamplemousse liqueur with mole bitters.

The other comes from loyal viewer bOOOOurns, and consists of Rums, Lime, Allspice Dram, and maybe Cinnamon Syrup. I have a feeling grapefruit juice might come into play as well.

Be sure to tune in to make suggestions on how to improve things. Now is the time to collect your ingredients if you want to mix along with us.

It should be a hoot! I look forward to seeing all of you then!
