It's been over 3 years, after a lot of thinking, we have decided to scrap the idea of updates, Dustin' will release, all at once, to save the mod from development hell, we replaced all cutscenes with simpler animatics and we are focusing completly on individual song quality, so each one feels like their own oneshot.
We have a definitive release date now, this summer, even if the mod will not release with all the original features, it will release, which we think is more important, still, we are working very hard to finish everything with the highest quality we can. Thanks for the wait.

As a team, we realized the mod had become too ambitious, making it challenging to manage. To ensure the project can move forward, we’ve made the tough decision to scale it down. Some features, like the overworld and a few songs, have been scrapped. However, this change has allowed us to refocus, restructure, and make the project more manageable.
We’re happy to announce that Chezzar, the original director, has returned to the team as the new director and artist! We’re excited to share the progress with you soon.
Thank you all for understanding and continued support! Stay tuned for more updates—Friday Night Dustin' is still alive and kicking!
The unboxing direct got cancelled but they accepted us on funkkast as an exception, so the trailer is still coming! It will just take more than expected as we need to wait for funkkast
As some of you don't know who the character in my last dustin video is, I'll try to do a simple explanation. This is "player" commonly known as "canon DUSTTALE Frisk" It's basicly the player/entity that did all those resets genociding everyone. Chara in this universe no longer exists, becuase they eventually got tired of the player, (ingame undertale dialogue confirms this after you do another genocide route, they say something along the lines "I can't understand your twisted mind anymore"). That means everything that happens in dusttale is on the player, and chara has no influence whatsover. We got all this info from ask-dusttale themselves. (Art below is also by them) I'll try not to answer a lot of questions from now on but I felt like this needed an explanation as everyone used to think chara was the main villian in dusttale.
