Technique: Decaying bloom, this technique allows anything the user touches to start withering, no matter what it is. it also effects living things, although living things are harder to decay especially people. Shika has little control over her technique because she's afraid of it so she limits herself.Since she has little control over it, it activates when she feels intense emotions positive or negative and she cannot stop it when in a state of intense emotion unless she stops feeling the emotion for the time being. She wears special gloves so she doesn't accidentally harm someone with her technique

Rank: Grade 1 ( purely because of her technique and potential if she learns to control it!)
Personality: Shy, Caring, Kind, Sweet, Soft spoken and typically tries to stay calm and collective most of the time so she doesn't accidentally activate her technique, but she also gets easily flustered!
Shes extremely jealous of Shoko because she wishes she had Shoko's technique instead of hers because she never wants to hurt anyone ( hurting people terrifies her) but she doesn't hold any bitterness towards Shoko and loves her!!
