GANG!! Come run and get breakfast with ME this weekend!!!
This Saturday 8/9 at 9am we're doing an ALL PACES Breakfast run/jog/walk. it's going to be roughly 4 miles.
Then I worked with Easy Luck Coffee to make a special Chickpea Breakfast toast that is OUTA this world good!!
THEN Im going to sit down with my buddy David Lawrence and have a conversation with a couple of other fantastic runners to talk about my journey getting fit to running marathons!
If your a runner around the Orlando are this is going to be a great event all weekend and we're going to have some fun at the Sauce Stache run! There is going to be races, conversations, portrait sessions, cold plunges!! It's going to be great!

Gang I know most of you know what it's like to walk over to the tap, filter or fridge and grab a clean glass of water. It's something a LOT of us take for granted and thats why for the Chicago Marathon I'm going to be raising money to help provide life changing CLEAN water to children in communities in the developing world!

My GOAL for Chicago Marathon is starting low... $3000. That will help 60 children, but I'm hoping we can do the same as we did for Boston and raise over $10,000!
