Its been a long road but I never gave up and am now back in the water!

Thank you for all your help,

I clung onto the life raft of your method/ videos through this whole time and didn’t give up and didn’t stop using it and still use it when needed,

So happy to have reached my goal of getting back in the water and surfing again, from bed in one position diagnosed with CRPS, to two and half years later surfing yay!

I'm now helping a charity who teach adaptive surfers to surf as I can help people overcome what they think are their limits as this whole experience has definitely helped teach me this,

Pain Free You

Very cool new feature on the channel for my international audience!

YouTube now automatically translates the dialog in all of my videos and overdubs the audio so you can listen in real time in 9 other languages!

Hopefully this will make the videos more accessible for people around the world, allowing us to help even more people end their pain and symptoms.

This feature should be available to everyone. Just go to the video settings (the gear icon on a video) and change the audio track to your preferred language.

This is still a new feature that YouTube recently announced, so it may not be perfect, but now non-english speakers should be able to watch more easily.

COOL STORY in a message I received from someone in the community:

"Hi, long time since we had contact i see,
But i want to share something with you...

My husband has leg pain and buttock , Fysio said it is nerve pain and assumed, stenosis. Could take long’ etc etc . Suggests rest + some exercises. Is reasonably positive he will heal ok.

I had my thoughts on this ‘diagnosis, because my own TMS journey with foot pain, and also because i know husband has been highly stressed before this happened.

What my message is about:
Today he went back to the Fysio and he told him the pain changes in intensity etc during the day . And they get to talk about fear and expectations.

Now the Fysio tells him : he worked in a hospital last year and he saw interesting study over there.
It had to do with pain and fear etc.. and suddenly he mentioned the name DAN BUGLIO.

My husband who was present all through my pain experiences for all those years , and also heard your voice in your youtube films every night started laughing. And told him he was familiar with ‘you’

This is excellent news in my book : first he mentioned TMS and very nice for you:

SO I thought I'd already heard it all. I was Wrong! I'm a few chapters in, and you have already proven yourself as much of a master author as you are a master at speaking off the cuff in your daily videos. I also LOVE the narration work- your reading voice is a Dan I haven't heard yet- still ultra-soothing but very pro.
