Hi, I’m Ana! Welcome to The Job Search Ana-Lyst (which has my name written all over it - literally 😄)
I'm a career advisor, speaker, and LinkedIn branding trainer. I’ve helped thousands of professionals just like you to achieve their most ambitious career goals by knowing how to tell their story.
Because your career story isn't all keywords, fancy resume templates, or a list of skills and credentials. It's what makes you DIFFERENT from anyone else in your industry and profession, and gives you a unique competitive edge.
Here's the catch: it's not at all easy to define what it is!
It's even harder to communicate it to the companies you want to work for and get them to pick you from a crowd of qualified folks.
This is where I and my analytical brain come in! Subscribe to my channel and learn about:
🎯resume writing,
🎯LinkedIn,
🎯personal branding,
🎯job search strategies,
🎯interviewing,
🎯professional networking,
and more!

I didn’t know if I should publish this post today, but I can’t stay silent.
Normally, I’m not a political person and realize that posting about politics on social media always backfires.
For the first time, I don’t care.
On February 24 a war started.
This war is especially painful because it’s happening between two countries that shouldn’t be at war.
My heart aches when I think about the people who are trapped in the middle of it and have to risk their lives 💔
I grew up in Russia among people whose roots are so closely intertwined with Ukraine. I’m no exception - my grandma is half Russian half Ukrainian.
Lots of Russians have moved back and forth - and so did Ukrainians. Many Russian and Ukrainian families I personally know have lived between the two countries for decades.
The two countries have had their fair share of conflicting differences - but this??😧
I can’t stand watching what all our shared history has come to, and I feel ashamed of what the world is thinking of Russia right now.
Today I’m praying for everyone who has to take part in this needless invasion against their free will.
For everyone who’s lost their peace overnight.
Who doesn’t know if their loved ones are okay.
Let’s pray together for Ukraine🇺🇦
P.S. If this post has prompted you to share a hateful or offensive comment, I don’t blame you. But I will be deleting those to comply with social media etiquette and human decency. Thank you for understanding.
