Sean Forbes is a musician on a mission. A Detroit-born drummer, songwriter, and producer, Sean has spent his career defying expectations and building a bridge between the music industry and the Deaf community.
As a hip-hop artist, Sean made history with his album "Little Victories," which skyrocketed to #1 on the iTunes and Amazon Hip-Hop charts and landed at #17 on the Billboard Digital Album Sales chart. In 2022, he took his mission to the world’s biggest stage, performing at Super Bowl LVI for Dr.Dre's halftime show alongside Eminem, Snoop Dogg, and 50 Cent.
The co-founder of D-PAN (The Deaf Professional Arts Network), Sean continues to push the boundaries of sound and accessibility. Whether he’s behind the drums or center stage, rhythm is in his soul.

I'm excited about the future of AI and American Sign Language. It was an honor to be asked by @Google to announce a $200,000 contest from @kaggle to advance sign language recognition using @TensorFlow & @MediaPipe!
My favorite thing about this is that this is open-sourced... meaning that it will be free for all to use!
