Fellow simmer that's played the game for 20+ years . Tune in for fun twists, crazy stories or learn about architecture & history during Chase's Storytime. I aspire to create unique builds, provide helpful advice and how-to's. I started playing The Sims in 2000 in junior high school. The Sims inspired me to go big and take on the professional roles I have now.
Now, I work in residential home flips & restoration. I'm also a freelance graphic designer, photographer and a work for a real estate brokerage firm as a designer.
I like creating great content with cinematic value and 4K quality while creating unique content for The Sims 4 gallery. I hope to help others feel included in ways I never had growing up.

I'd be so grateful if you could tune in and check out my latest episode. I've only had a few views.
I know I was out for a couple months, but the builds and episodes I've worked on will be well worth the wait. This one is a huge 64x64 build with a 3 level 1920s balcony theater. It's my favorite build to date. @lilsimsie do you think I did a good job at making Journey to Batuu objects look pretty? I know tbh, some of the planters looked like those cigarette ashtray "urns" you see outside of most Floridian hotels, but I tried jazzing those up too.

Making progress on the Uptown Modern Condoplex. 6 ultra modern, high end, chic condos under 1 roof using only Maxis #thesims content. Now I'll go squirrel away and build 6 condos. Pool, exterior, and so much more. What's the tall 1 tile blades on both sides? For the 🚽 for the bathrooms and master suites that include balconies. Rooftop terrace and so much more. Cant wait to share what's next. 🍻 ☕ 🏘 🏢
