30,000 subscribers… that’s something I don’t take lightly.
I just want to take a minute to thank every single one of you who has supported the channel over the years. What started as a simple passion for airguns and the outdoors has grown into something I’m genuinely proud of—and I’ve learned a lot along the way.
We’ve field-tested hundreds of different airguns, and from day one I made a decision to stay away from generic unboxings and tabletop reviews. This channel has always been about real-world use—getting out into remote locations, putting gear to work, and showing what it actually does when it matters.
I’ve been fortunate to work with some incredible sponsors who help fund these adventures and keep quality gear in our hands—where it belongs—out in the field.
At the same time, I know this channel is still small compared to many others. But what means the most to me is that everything here has been built the right way. No paid ads. No bought subscribers. Just hard work, long days, late nights… and yeah, even some blood, sweat, and tears.
This channel has helped me through some tough times, and it’s been there for some of the best ones too.

In this next video, we take the Vintage Crosman Trapmaster 1100 CO₂ Shotgun out into the field and put it to work the way it was meant to be used.

This isn’t a bench review.
This is real-world use, real scenarios, and an honest look at how these older airguns actually perform when it matters.

As we close in on 30,000 subscribers, we’re opening the door to a whole new side of the channel—bringing some of these forgotten airguns out of the collection and back into the field.

There’s a lot of history in these platforms.
Some of them were ahead of their time.
Some of them… well, you’ll see.

But every one of them deserves to be tested beyond the bench.

Field testing isn’t glamorous — but it’s real.

Our rifles don’t sit on a spotless bench under perfect conditions. They get thrown in trucks, bounced around on rugged ranch roads, carried for miles, and run through heat, cold, wind, dust, and long days in the field.

That’s intentional.

Durability can’t be measured from a clean tabletop and a cherry picked 5-shot group. It’s proven after miles of rough terrain, weather swings, and repeated use when it actually matters. That’s how you learn what holds zero, what stays consistent, what breaks… and what earns trust.

We use this gear hard so we can give honest feedback to the community — the good and the bad.

We’re closing in on the 30,000 subscriber milestone, and that’s because of YOU. We have not purchased any of this like other channels do, we work VERY hard for it. Every view, every comment, every share, every message — it all matters. We truly appreciate this community more than you know.

Mountain Sport Airguns isn’t just a channel to us. It’s our life in the field, our time in the wilderness, and the stories we bring home to share with you.

That said, I want to be transparent about something.

We receive a high volume of questions daily — many of which have been answered multiple times in previous videos, descriptions, and comments. I genuinely try to respond to as many people as possible, but when the same questions come in repeatedly, it becomes a full-time job on its own.

Roughly 70% of our time is spent in the field filming. The rest is dedicated to editing, production, and being present with family. If I don’t respond to a comment or email, it’s never personal. It simply means we’re either deep in production or spending time where it matters most — with family.

We’re committed to bringing you real field-tested content, not rushed replies.
