🌼 Why 24 January?
This date marks a historic moment — Indira Gandhi took oath as India’s first woman Prime Minister in 1966, symbolizing women’s leadership and strength.

She became:
• India’s first female PM
• one of the first women heads of government in the world

At that time, politics was extremely male-dominated.
