🎉🎉Official unprivating all of my edits!!

I have made the decision to start to unprivate my videos starting with the oldest ones and working my way to present day. I have also decided to revamp some of my old thumbnails. Here are the first 3.

I have a new short coming out on Sunday at 5pm GMT (UK time) as well.

I'm not going to be super consistent in uploading new content for the mean time.

About a month ago I got a copyright strike from someone called “Steven Wilmot” for an AI generated song called “Hiss”. Turns out the original song that blew up on TikTok was written by @ ultraviolettayz on TikTok and has been stolen by Steven who has had the audacity to claim that he is the original creator. He even went as far as blocking the original creator/ popular Swifty creators as well. This is not okay.

Due to me receiving a Copyright strike on my channel for a video that including music that I believed to be created using solely using Artificial Intelligence (entirely AI-Generated music is not able to be copyrighted) I have privated every video and short on my channel in fears of having my channel permanently terminated. My Copyright strike is due to run out on the 17th of April which is when I will return and unprivate all my videos. I do really enjoy making content for this channel, whether this be edits, lyric videos or fan fiction and AO3 content, however this copyright strike has made this become stressful in fears of me loosing 4 years of what has been my creative outlet. In the next 3 months I will try and not be active on here and social media in general in order to detox and prioritise what is important. 

Now in the unlikely case that the person who has filed the strike against my channel is reading this, I've researched you as well as your channel and music, you are a small music artist. Please in the future instead of trying to scare some unknowing and uneducated swiftie by taking legal action, please talk to me first (My email is linked as well as multiple social medias) to resolve or claim the video and take the earnings. I earn nothing from any of my videos (evident by my number of subscribers) so threatening to take down my channel in this way is not achieving anything.

As always thank you for continuing to support me as I stumble my way around editing, video creation as well as the occasional art video.
