In a world where we equate softeners for weakness, I can’t but see the difference it makes in my own life when I am able to love people deeply. How it’s easier to even sleep when one has a clear conscience free of grudges.
Truth is, there’s no true freedom without being a person of love. Love doesn’t only make other people feel good and accepted, love makes you feel fulfilled because, initially when God created man, man was made in his image and likeness. So, when we come to Jesus and get born again and become new creations (2 Corinthians 5:17), everything Adam was, we become in our spirit and while our flesh tries to catch up, the spirit yearns to take over and when we begin to yield to be transformed into the image of Christ even in our soul and body (Romans 12:1-2), our entire being is at most peace when we love truly.
Love isn’t about feelings but about who you are.
Ability to forgive, be humble, be patient, be protective, all that 1 Corinthians 13 stands for. That’s it.
So the only way to become that, is to behold the one who is that. The more time we spend with people we love, we actually start to behave alike. We start to share their language and slang. We react to things similarly.
That’s what it is with Jesus too. The more time you spend with him, the more like him you become. That’s why fellowship is all day. There’s no time stamp to it.
While we all need dedicated time to study and prayer, we need to consciously meditate on the Lord Jesus day and night. Consciously.
I have personally noticed that when I get a lil too busy and distracted away from beholding, I become cranky, reactive and exhausted. So I am daily learning to put my flesh under and consciously consistently behold, GOD HELPING ME.

Ambassador, voice.
I’m not a mere human being, neither am I just a “fine girl”
I am one of God’s strategies for my generation and as long as Jesus is Lord (which is for ever), I WILL NOT FAIL… for HE is my help 💪🏽

The goal is not to blow… the goal is for Jesus to be seen when we are seen… he who sees the heart, if it’s in his will to make the whole world know us, when it is time, he will open the gates to the nations.
But till then we remember these few things…
1- altho Jesus’s news was heard from abroad, he was light to his family first (his mother in John 2), then he was light to the Jews….. eventually, he sent them out and told them to take the gospel to Jerusalem first (acts 1:8), then to judea, Samaria and to the ends of the earth. For this reason, we begin by being light in our immediate societies… when God sees we have built capacity, he will expand our territory of influence (Luke 16:10)

2- the heart is where it all is. God sees our hearts…. Our hearts need to be fixed on Jesus Christ. That’s the only way we can continuously reflect him. As we behold, we become (2 Corinthians 3:18). Our service must not drive us away from beholding.

3- the service isn’t to please humans. We represent Jesus. We are to always remember that IT IS ALL ABOUT JESUS! Not to entertain humans but to draw their hearts to the father.

4- He who sent us is able to sponsor his assignment. Hence, be sure you’re sent.

5- “blowing” if or when it eventually comes, IS TO WIN SOULS TO CHRIST and not to make people happy or successful in earthly things (alone). The main purpose JESUS sends us out with gifts, talents… is that he uses those things as bait to make people come to us. We are to catch them for him. NO SPOTLIGHT NO MATTER HOW BIG SHOULD MAKE US FORGET THIS.

5- NEVER BOW TO PRESSURE FROM HUMANS. Even if your talent is majestic, who told you you must pressure things to get recognized now now? What if God is protecting you from premature exposure? A child of God who is not fully grounded before being exposed to the limelight for their talent, is susceptible to falling bad! SERVE THE LORD.. it’s about HIM.

Hebrews 11 isn’t full of perfect people…. The one thing they had in common is that, crazy as it seemed, they believed God. The believed in the messiah ahead of his coming. Their faith. In GOD.

Friends, please persevere. Spread the gospel of Christ and pray for people to get saved. Pray for your loved ones to get saved. Don’t give up.
