Friends, I wanted to warn you that my channel may be deleted soon.
I'm fighting to keep this from happening but it has reached a dangerous stage.

On YouTube you can get copyright strikes, you are "allowed" two but if you get a third your videos, channel and other related channels are deleted.

Before publishing any reactions we always get clearance before posting. I pay my music management to help me with this side of my channel. That's how I can do my reaction and reviews without pausing and that's what allows us (me and you) to enjoy the video twice. This made my channel stand out on YouTube.

But YEARS after getting clearance, new claims have come in on several videos, in quick succession.

The first stages of disputing these claims can be done through the YouTube creators studio but once it reaches the third stage it becomes far more serious and needs legal action to be taken.

Two Dimash reactions have reached that stage, unfortunately this has resulted in two impending strikes and costly legal fees. 

A third Dimash video has also been claimed by the very same company and we are in the early stages of that claim.

Seeing the first two videos have resulted in impending strikes, I'm very concerned that the third one will have the very same outcome.

If that happens my channel will disappear. I'll fight it behind the scenes but I wanted to let you know just in case.

I would love to do more videos, including Dimash reactions but it's a very hard battle, emotionally and especially financially.

I want to continue this lovely journey with the amazing friends I've made and continue to discover and share the incredible music from ABBA, PTX, HOME FREE, NIGHTWISH, Céline Dion and all the other music and acts that we've yet to discover.

If my time on YouTube ends; please God it won't, but if it does… I want to say a HUGE thank you to all of you. I've been a mess these last few years but you've stuck with me through these difficult times and I'll always be so, so grateful.

Maybe Patreon could bring us back together. Would you join me over there?
Hopefully it won't come to that. But just in case it does, please keep it in mind.

There is only so much I can do to fight, every legal email, letter and even phone call, all adds up and emotionally it's draining too. 

BUT, we've built an amazing community and I'll try my best to keep it going.
I promise I'll keep you updated.
