What has been cooking in Mayuri's Jikoni in the past week? Caprese Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms were served for brunch. I made tricolour mini rava idlis to celebrate India's Independence Day. I ran out of homemade tea or chai masala so made some of that. Thought of adding how to make Masala Chai or Tea as requested by a few of my friends.
