Okay so quick and important announcement

I’m really stressed out and dealing with a lot, I’m feeling very paranoid and very out of it, is it fine if I take a break off the internet? I’ve been dealing w a lot and I’m very tired out, constantly scared of waking up to be gone. I didn’t want to make this announcement but some people have suggested for me to take a break from mapping and other social media accounts.
