So… do you remember the Ghibli trend?
Yeah. I honestly hated it.

As a Studio Ghibli fan, seeing people make those “AI Ghibli-style” images just felt wrong to me. Ghibli isn’t just an art style you copy. It’s emotion.. It’s years of effort, patience, and love put into every single frame.

What annoyed me the most was seeing people join the trend without even knowing what Ghibli means. They just wanted their picture in a “Ghibli style.” 😶
Also if you don't know Studio Ghibli the ONLY ANIME STUDIO whose films have won an Oscar.
*Spirited Away (2003) — Best Animated Feature
*The Boy and the Heron (2024) — Best Animated Feature

Anyway… let’s talk about the films themselves.

In my opinion, *When Marnie Was There* is one of the most underrated Studio Ghibli movies. I genuinely loved the story.
I cried watching it..well there's one more which I cried watching and it's so heartbreaking that I don't even have the courage to watch it again..Not gonna tell the name.. (trust me you don't want to know)

If I had to recommend Ghibli films, there are so many. But *Spirited Away* and *Whisper of the Heart* are my personal favorites. I really wish I could watch them again for the first time. 🤭

Just my thoughts—about the trend, and about why Studio Ghibli deserves way more respect.

YAPPING cuz I'm bored..


Ohkk.. So as y'all know I am an introvert and even if I don't look like one here, irl I am REALLY introverted.. Which I sometimes (mostly) hate.. Cuz many times I can't speak out for myself..Also my communication skills are really bad. Like I don't know how to even start a talk it takes me so much to just think for a good response..
I would say for me it's easy to communicate with a person who's really extroverted or more introverted than me rather than who's equally introverted as me or an ambivert Or sometimes extroverts too... (This is based on my personal experience)
I would say now I have started talking more than before like back when I was in 6th grade I was more shy, quiet kinda person..

And people keeps asking me questions such as why don't u talk? Or why are you always so quiet? Like bro not everyone is supposed to be loud.. 😒

Not related to this but
people keep saying "smile more" To me
When that's literally how my resting face is!! Idk but my resting face looks like sad Or a little rude.. Which is NOT how I am!!

Ohhk but seriously—why is "The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity" so underrated?! 😭
Like, Waguri is kinda popular, sure, but the anime itself is still not very popular. When I finished watching it, I did what I always do (searched for edits)… and there were barely any edits especially for the other characters!!

Honestly... This anime was so comforting to me. I watched the whole season in like a day and a half barely since it only has 13 episodes rn.. I even started the manga and read a bit (not even halfway though), but for some reason I couldn’t continue... :(

So yeah, that’s my random talk for today. If you’ve watched it, let me know what you think (will wait for ur comments guyzz) —and if you haven’t, maybe give it a try. (You will love it)
