Happy 8th Birthday to the dog that saved my life. The dog who has been there through everything. When I graduated, when I would come home from school and have something to look forward too. I didn't have many friends when I was in school, but my dog was my first best friend. The dog that watched me fall in love, watched my heartbreak for the first time. Watched me grieve. Watched me go through hell and then help me out of it. I have been through so much but Kobe has ALWAYS helped me through it. This year was rough, and recently things have been finally settling down. Thank you Kobe, for everything you've done for me. Watching you grow into such an amazing dog has been a real blessing. I am so grateful you're my dog. You have made so many dreams come true. You're 8 now, you're officially a senior my sweet boy. But you still act like a crazy puppy. You earned 2 titles before your 8th birthday. This proves that a older dog can do anything a young dog can. I love you so much Kobe, I hope to many many more years with you baby💕 time to have cake, open presents, and have a good evening. We love you Kobe! 💖 So much. My heart dog, my savior, most importantly... My favorite boy of all time. There are so many people who love Kobe, just like I do. ♥️ I love you Kobe. You will always be my first priority. 💕

Hey everyone !

I wanna apologize for the lack of uploads. With the passing of my mom back in February, it's been crazy here.
Just recently been going out and starting to get out of the house.. it's been extremely hard during this grief process and I wanna thank everyone for being so patient with us 🩵

The dogs have been doing great. König started his Public Access back in the end of May. He's been doing amazing with his training.
Lots of good stuff has happened besides all the grief... I got my driver's permit back in April, got my first car (2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon) at the end of April and then got my driver's license last week ! 🫶
Unfortunately, my Jeep has broke so now I'm trying to figure out how to fix that LMAO otherwise, we've been doing pretty well. Kobe has had a few health scares recently but I won't go too deep into that due to personal reasons. I just wanna thank everyone for being so patient with us.
We just recently changed our username on ALL social medias, we go by "The Working Retrievers" now. Which means I need to make a new intro and outro before I start posting again.
I feel like this name fits better because now it's about Kobe and König now 🩵

Not much of an update but just wanted to let y'all know we're still here. 🩵

Today you're 6 years old... It's still unbelievable. It feels like it was just yesterday when I saw you for the first time.. you were only 8 weeks old.
Thank you for always being there for me, Kobe. You've been through it all with me and I love you for that.. 🫂💕 to others, you're seen as "just a dog". To me, I see you as the dog who saved my life.

You were there when I got my first Polaris RZR. You were there when I went to my first concert back in August, You were there when I went to Knotts Scary Farm a few weeks ago, and so much more. If somebody asked me 4 years ago if I would've done all that, the simple answer would've been "No, Never." Kobe, you're the reason why I got my life back.. you're the reason why I look forward to today, and tomorrow, the future. You make life worth living for. You saved my life, Kobe.. 🫂 I love you so so so much ...Today is your day💕 I hope you have fun exploring out in Lytle Creek and then next week, we'll do something even bigger for you. ♥️ Happy 6th Birthday Kobe. You bring joy to everyone that's around you, we love you. Thank you for always being there for your family, and to even strangers. You're the best service dog ever. <3

Hey everyone !
Been a while since I've been on here 🥲

I know some of you don't have Instagram 😅
But we've had some life changes !

My mom has had cancer since July of last year, but shes been getting better.. its a rollercoaster for us though she's currently done with her 9 hour Chemotherapys, and now has 10 more 1 hour chemos.
Unfortunately, she may not be done with chemo until Christmas :(
Its been hard but she's been getting through it.. 🫶

Kobe is gonna be doing agility 🤍 we're gonna be ordering the equipment very soon ! Hopefully we'll be making a video for you all about it ! :) 🤍

I'm also gonna be posting more shorts on here ! Just to keep my channel alive.

We also have an announcement this Wednesday ! We can't wait to share it with y'all ! :D


I guess that's all for an update.. hopefully I will be posting soon. 🫶
