UPDATE


Now I know it may or may not have been more than two months since I uploaded anything, but I'm back to slowly filming the last six episodes of Season 3!


So there you have it. Production is still on, just slow. It'll still be a while before new episodes go up, but by the time the next episode is ready all six will be close to being done. It's because of the way I'm working filming so I don't have to remake sets.


I can honestly say that the channel will probably mostly be little skits and shorts based after season 3 once the last six episodes are done, just because of my focus on more lucrative endeavours than Youtube. Rule of thumb I'm following with the channel: If you make less than ten bucks on a video that takes 30-40 hours to produce, then it's just a hobby.


I'll admit that stuff I film from now on will be a little tighter with the animation. Things in certain scenes might seem a bit more limited, but that'll just be so I can cut down on the hours to get stuff done and ultimately get the episodes and their jokes and story up faster.

SMALL DELAY

The next episode will be delayed slightly for a number of reasons. First of all, I still haven't finished the special effects. There's a huge lightsaber/force lightning fight scene, and it's worth doing right so that it's all really perfect. It'll be really epic when you do see it.
Second of all, a lot of time was spent tracking down new audio equipment, so you can look forward to the next episode having way better sound!

That's about it. Due to my production schedule, episode 16 and 17 should be the only ones to take extra time. With episode 16 it's because of all the special effects (which WILL be worth the wait!), and with episode 17 it's because I need to do lots of back-to-back filming for other episodes before episode 17 will even have finished filming.
But the episodes are coming! Fear not! For even after hiatuses of months, I always come back no matter what. ;)

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT UPDATE!

Last post I said the episodes were going to be weekly, but my sister gave me some solid advice: What then? Weekly episodes will just lead to another massive content gap with nothing going on the channel for weeks, if not months. Instead they're going to be released every other week, meaning a way shorter wait between season 3 and season 4. =D

The next episode is still coming on the 2nd of February, though. Don't worry about that one.
Also, between episode weekends, I might upload very small things, or voice-acting live-streams, that kind of thing. So it could still be weekly uploads, only this way I'll be uploading episodes consistently for way longer. =)

Okay, Lego Star Wars fans! BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!

I'm going to keep filming scenes in bulk for the next nine episodes of Lego Star Wars Stop Motions Season 3 until the 31st of this month, at which point I will record the next episode and start editing it for a Saturday release on the 2nd of February.
After that, thanks to the intensive and long-ass back-to-back filming, you'll almost certainly be getting new weekly episodes for nine weeks until season 3 concludes at the end of March.
That's the plan, and it's the fastest way to get season 3 done and it's the best time-plan for getting all y'all WEEKLY EPISODES!
