This has been a journey of its own kind. I found out that I was fighting myself through self neglect, a strong word, but yes obesity is part of self neglect by making a bold choice to fully engage with social media helped me to hold myself accountable and push hard enough to lose this weight upto date I have lost about 3 stones translating to 20kg or 44lbs. The picture below shows a one year difference on my face, which has been a tough part to show progress. Am now focusing on losing visceral fat, which is a challenge. However, with this pase, I might win🏆

I went out some other day my my my I have lost alot of weight it's now noticeable even though I am still heavy and Obese My Body mass index is slowly getting down towards overweight side I cannot explain the excitement I have everyday when I step on a scale and find am still losing.
