We just hit 2K subs! Thank you guys so much for the support! I'm dropping a vlog on Thursday about my experience this year with running the NYC marathon. Then it will be back to regularly scheduled programming after with the NYC 5 borough comparison property tours, and we are going out of the boroughs to compare pricing :)

Since 2020, I’ve used running to raise money for the New York City communities. 🏃♂️
In 2020, I raised over 600 meals for doctors and nurses who worked overtime during the shutdown. 🏥
In 2022, I raised over $4000 for the City Parks Foundation NYC. Last year, I raised over $3,000 for the Long Island City Branch YMCA. This year, I’m again running the NYC Marathon to raise $135 for every mile I run for the Long Island City Branch YMCA. 😊
Since 2019, I’ve been an active board member of the YMCA branch in Long Island City. The money we raise as board members helps the underprivileged get access to Y memberships. Think about that single mother who is working multiple jobs but doesn’t want her kid left home alone. This is where the YMCA helps. 🤔
I was that kid. I’m a native New Yorker who grew up on food stamps and section 8 housing. My parents didn’t have extra money for after-school programs like the YMCA. I was lucky that I found an after-school job as a teenager to keep me out of trouble, but it wasn’t for that. I probably would’ve become a statistic like some of my friends from my neighborhood in Bed Stuy. 🙏
