I help fullstack developers break out of the mid-tier trap and scale into multi six-figure remote careers.
As a senior fullstack developer earning a six-figure remote income, I’ve refined a system that focuses only on what top employers and high-paying clients care about: advanced real-world projects, system design mastery, and interview performance at the highest level.
If you’re already good, my content shows you how to become exceptional — and get paid like it.

“Market is oversaturated” - I hear this all the time.
true, but who are you really competing with?
most devs don’t know how to explain trade offs and architectural decisions in system design.
most can’t walk through a production level project with confidence.
that’s why they stay stuck in the mid level trap.
my student just finished his final interview round and walked out with an instant offer.
want to break past the mid level trap and walk out of interviews like this?

Without me even asking for it… this is how it feels to be mentored inside Dev Mastery 👇
Miguel: “Being mentored by Hayk is a cheat code. No fluff. Just results.”
Martta: “Joining this program was one of my best decisions.”
When students are dropping comments like this on their own, you know the system works.

🔥 Results so good it feels unreal…
Just 4 weeks after joining the program, one of my students passed all interview stages "SUPER well" as he says, and right after the last round, received a call from HR to schedule the final (offer) round.
The thing is, when you’ve got a clear roadmap and senior devs guidance, you’re not wasting time on random tutorials. You’re building real systems, leveling up on the skills that actually matter, and walking into interviews ready for anything. At that point… it almost feels like cheating.
Or you can wait it out and hope you “eventually” become senior. But years don’t make you better if you’re stuck doing the same repetitive tasks on the same legacy project. Best case you stay where you are. Worst case you get replaced or laid off.
If you’re ready for the first option, let’s get you into a remote senior software engineer role with a job guarantee 👉hayksimonyan.com/?utm_source=youtube&utm_medium=co…

One of the coolest parts of running this program is seeing developers make real progress.
Alex came in with about 2 years of dev experience. Solid junior, but he kept running into the same wall: no real clients, no paid work, no proof he could deliver.
Last week, he landed his first paying customer, negotiated the deal, and shipped the project.
This is just the start, once you’ve cracked the code, the doors open for more.
Huge congrats to Alex. First client down, many more to come 👊
P.S. If you’re a junior or mid dev stuck in the same spot, let’s get you moving toward that senior role and salary hayksimonyan.com/

Just crossed 1 million views.
Technically well over 2M if you count the full-length tutorials I published on other channels.
The impact is compounding.
And we’re just getting started.

I’m no longer optimizing for views or subscribers. Haven’t been for a while.
For the past 6 months, my focus has been on building products that actually help developers, and because of that, I’ve actually been posting less on YouTube.
But somehow… the channel is growing faster than before.
We just passed 20,000 subscribers.
Now the goal is simple:
→ Build products that genuinely help developers.
→ Make videos that solve real problems, not just get clicks.
This milestone doesn’t mean much. But it’s a clear sign the channel is useful.
And there’s a lot more coming.

Many developers still believe their job is to sit in a corner and write code.
Like they’re in a basement with headphones on, solving problems alone.
But that’s not how real teams work.
Developers collaborate and communicate most of the time.
They explain their thinking, give updates to colleagues, help unblock teammates, and ask questions.
Hard skills are required, but not enough, to become a developer.
If you’re not working on your communication skills, you’re falling behind.
You can write great code, but if working with you is hard, you won’t go far.
Communication and teamwork are essential components of the job, just like Git, testing, or debugging.
The good news is that they’re skills. You can practice and improve them like anything else.
PS. You don’t need to be a great speaker. You just need to be clear, early, and easy to work with.

What’s the biggest thing holding you back from growing as a developer right now?
PS. Your vote helps shape what I build next. Let me know what you need most.

Vertical and horizontal scaling are key concepts in system design.
They help you understand how systems grow and handle more load.
If you’re working on building or scaling systems, this is important to know.
I covered the differences in my last video. You can watch it here 👇
