Sorry I am not sure when my next video will come out. A tornado has hit our town tonight and there is alot to be fixed and cleaned up. We are all fine and safe and our home is still liveable but will need to be repaired. As well as my car it also suffered some damage. We still have no electric and no car to go any where . But feel very blessed because things can be fixed .

Mindful Ladybug Saves

Hey friends, Life has been lifeing here after a very busy work week last week . I ended up in the hospital with an infection in my colon, which I hope no one else ever gets .It is very painful. But I am on the amend getting better. I was so glad I prerecorded some videos. But I am not sure if I will be able to record any for the rest of the week. I am so blessed to have all of you .
