14 years and over 200 episodes later, I am proud to say that I am finally, officially working on an episode of DEATH BATTLE.


I am one of your editors (and artists) for the DB '25 finale, Ash VS Yugi.

I need to give a huge special thanks to my business partner and brother forever ‪@djtiki1628‬ for bringing me aboard, along of course with the ‪@deathbattle‬ team for the opportunity and consideration.

I love this show, and I especially love Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh with all my heart.

We always wanted to work together to bring it to life. Fate brought us back together to finish it.

I of course can't go without also thanking my best friends and now (once again) co-workers, ‪@Jukem‬ and ‪@galaxyvideomax1592‬, who I am working with actively alongside DJ to ensure the edit for this episode is as sharp as it can be. They are doing INCREDIBLE work. 🙏

Hey gang! Wanted to make an update post on the state of things.

As of today, my bedroom has finally become (pretty much fully) my own, as I am no longer sharing it with my older sister. Over the past few months, my family and I have been undergoing the process of helping her move in to her new home, and yesterday was the last full day of her living with us. This means that I can now slowly undergo the process of revamping my room into my own personal little studio and living space (at least until the day comes where I can also move out).

For all intents and purposes, this means that outside of my usual 9 to 5, I can also return to making content for myself and for you guys. Videos, livestreams, artwork and the like are on my mind, the first thing that'll be on the docket is the long-awaited and much anticipated Bill Cipher VS Discord DEATH BATTLE Review that I've had cooking in the pipeline for quite a while. With my sister's move finally completed, I can get back to work on finishing what's left to be done for the project. I'm hoping for a potential late summer release, and looking at the state of things it might be feasible, but we'll have to wait and see. Thank you guys for your continued patience. Alongside the review will come the long awaited Project ESCAPE, which I'm also excited to finally share with you guys.

After this, the next major thing that will on my mind is beginning development on a new versus series called The Gauntlet, which I've talked about before in a past video. I've been gathering a team of folks who are interested in helping out with the project, from artists to researchers and more. I have to decide on how I wanna go about production, but I do have at least five potential episodes I would like to do for the first outing, including the previously announced Ryu VS Leonardo. In addition to this, development on a big project relating to The Gauntlet will also be underway, and I can't wait to share more information about that - dare I say, it will likely be my next major versus show-related project on the level, if not even beyond that of Timmy VS Twilight (well, ignoring my involvement with upcoming episodes of Organization XVX's Riot Rumble & Mini Rumble series, OriginTheHero's Ben VS Jaden project and Sunbaked Sodown's Weiss VS Amity project). But I digress!

Something I would also like to attempt in the future is regular or semi-frequent livestreams, be it for digital art, gaming, podcasting or even just hanging out with you guys. I've also pondered the idea of potentially getting into VTubing, as it's become quite the fascination of mine in recent time. I'll discuss more on that at a later time.

One more thing I did want to discuss: long overdue, are some sticky note doodle commissions that a few of you guys haven't received yet. Do note that these are still on my mind, and will also be put on my To-Do List for things to finish soon, as I would like to make sure everyone who paid for one still receives what they asked for. Much apologies for the delay, although I hope with consideration of all of the aforementioned events happening in my life, you guys understand the long wait time. Hopefully this should not occur again, though if so, I'll be sure to make note of it on my Ko-Fi page and on social media.

Any and all donations are appreciated, especially in these trying times. I am in quite a lot of debt, and unfortunately retail work isn't covering it. Plus, I always want to ensure those I commission or those who work alongside me on projects are always paid in full for the hard work they put in. Update on upcoming stuff:

These past few days have taught me that I really have my work cut out for me when it comes to the Billcord review. While fully written, I still have a ton of work to do as far as editing and recording are concerned. So you might not be seeing it for some time.

I'm gonna be taking my time with it and work to improve its overall quality - when it's in a state where I'm satisfied with it, I'll make an announcement concerning its release. Sorry for the delay, but I hope you guys look forward to it.

In the meantime though... I'd hate to slow down the grind on things. Besides finishing up long overdue commission work, I've recently acquired a reinvested interest in bringing The Gauntlet to YouTube as a new series (whether it'll be hosted on this channel or a new one, I'll have to think about). I've been speaking to a lot of mutuals lately who have expressed interest in assisting with the series, so I'm gonna slowly begin the process of developing some kind of "pilot" through the previously announced Ryu VS Leonardo. There's an even bigger project I have aspirations to do within The Gauntlet itself at some point, and I hope it can eventually see the light of day. Until then though... let's see where the start of this thing takes us.

Did some much needed, long-awaited sweeping around the channel earlier today, in light of it becoming a little more active.

You may notice some old unlisted videos going public in your feed and some old public videos (including some past reuploads) are now all unlisted. This is to reflect the changing in times and how I feel about my older videos. They can still be viewed if you happen to have a link to them, and if you want any links to them just lemme know, but as of now things are now reflective of where I am in terms of content creation and things I currently have a fascination for. Any older videos or playlists that are still public on the channel are things I am keeping on here for the sake of history and continuity (though be aware anything I have said or done in those older videos do not reflect who I am now).

I am debating on whether or not I want to rebrand the channel name and icon to Moon Ray from m3Atl0afman, but I'll decide on that as time goes by. Until then, I'm good with where things are now.
