Over-optimized content these days is just fast food for the brain stem, and I want to be the antidote to that.
I want to be myself, and build a community where people feel like they can do the same.
I think the #podcast format is perfect for this because once in a while I believe content needs to take a breath, pause and think about the human condition.

YouTube is Killing Hollywood (and Hollywood isn't doing itself any favors) I already know investor money will start flooding into YouTube once it has the one thing they want... "Executive Producer" credits they can brag about. Right now, YouTube has no accreditation, but I think that will change in the coming age of A.I.

Do you know what a "Professional Uncreative" is?
These are the people who can't write a script, can't design a thumbnail, can't edit a timeline, can't direct a scene — but who have somehow fashioned entire careers out of "consulting" in this creative industry.
They'll give you lectures on storytelling but couldn't write a short story with a gun pointed at their head.
They'll critique editing without ever having recovered a crashed project file.
They'll regurgitate half-understood theories they lifted from real creators, academic papers, and storytelling handbooks — wrapping it all up in buzzwords like "synergy" and "content cadence" and my favorite, “data-based”

This is a video I’ve been wanting to make for a very long time, and one of the reasons why I started this channel. A lot of ADHD advice is decent, but it almost always comes from clinical psychologists who themselves don’t live with it, don’t cope with it and sure as hell haven’t learned to optimize for success in one’s life. I feel like it’s important to hear from voices who actually know what it’s like internally, so this video is very near and dear to me. ADHD has been an intimate part of life, my failures, and my successes. I hope there’s something in this that can help you, and if you don’t have ADHD – I hope it can help you to better understand what it’s like, not only from a personal perspective, but a scientific explanation as well.
