Been drinking honey lemonade for two weeks now. I forgot to make it once or twice and my allergy and fatigue symptoms were much worse on those days. I haven’t had fatigue, eye soreness, or headache, for almost two weeks now (except the days when I forget the lemon). Recipe: a cup of hot water, half a lemon, a bit of local honey.
