Hey everyone, I’m finally going to share a little bit of my opinion on all the toxicity in our community ( dragon puppet community )

This post is going to be talking specifically about dragon puppet copy’s and stealers. I’ll make a more general post a little later but I really wanted for this to be said.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND DEATH THREATS TO DRAGON PUPPET COPIERS!!!
This is very immature of everyone! I have not only seen it once, or twice, but three times already!! ( within the span of April! ) and one the person didn’t even know it was bad to copy, and got this horrible comment. Guys, this is very hypocrite behavior and is very immature from our community. You are acting just like the haters leaving comments on our videos!!
The best thing to do is:
Report and block ( not interaction! )
Or ask politely if they know they are copying or if you are the owner of the design, to ask if they could take it down POLITELY!!
Yes, copying IS BAD! I am NOT saying copying is okay in any form! I am just saying that people have gotten super over the top these couple of months, especially with bigger creators, of people copying their dragons. Some people out there are just KIDS, wanting to support their favorite creators and thinking making a puppet of that dragon would be kind and a sort of ‘fanart’. I saw a dragon puppet under sunset sara dragons fanart that got a death threat! IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FANART! ( the vid got deleted I believe since I cannot find it anymore- ) And if they’re intentionally copying, you’re giving them what they want. A very harsh response.
The toxicity in our community is getting so much worse.. I am hoping we can change how people view puppets aswell. Some of the comments I read on young puppeteers comments are extremely harsh, some even saying they copied when they don’t even look remotely close to the dragon they compared it too. (A dragon with checkers does not mean xadia guys!!)
