So it turns out my iPad’s battery wasn’t busted like I initially thought, it was actually just broken beyond repair 😀 that’s why it wasn’t turning on
And, despite being able to transfer my data onto a new device (which I’m super thankful for like I fr thought EVERYTHING would just vanish), all the stuff on my procreate and ibis paint is GONE. All my Rainbow Sea drawings? Vanished. Character art and references? Nope. Bleeding Blooms episodes including #3 which was in the final stretch of being completed (i.e. just had a few objects left to shade)? Nowhere to be found. The literally JUST finished, final version of the YT thumbnail sketch I posted to Instagram??? All gone.
TL:DR - The lesson here is do not trust technology
And also make sure that you save your stuff in more than one spot so your device can’t screw you over when it decides to malfunction forever 😢❤️🩹

Thank you all for the patience and such! I took some much needed R&R as well as me-time. It definitely helped a lot since I’ve been going through a lot of stress in my personal life (yikes!)
While I was away from yt, Ernest celebrated her birthday with Santiago…
