🏇 PRIORESS UPDATE

Well, unfortunately racing got us on this one — #4 Goodall, my top pick in the members-only Prioress video, has scratched. Sorry guys, that's always frustrating when you've already put the handicap together, but that's horse racing.

With Goodall out, the race obviously leans pretty heavily toward #3 Mashallah, and at something like 1/2 there's not much I'm interested in doing with her from a betting standpoint.

If you still want some action, #6 Hen Party would be the horse I'd consider taking a shot with at the right price, probably with a small win/place bet or an exacta box with #2 Mashallah.

There really isn't another track in North America quite like it. Kentucky Downs gives us that European-style turf racing — an undulating, kidney-shaped course with a long uphill stretch that can expose horses who aren't suited to it. Add in huge fields and some of the richest purses in racing, and you get some tremendous betting opportunities.
