I really don't wanna to hurt anyone but my condition was worst that much that i can't tell and forced me to share with you all...there was no guarantee of my life i might be die and leave i was thinking that day was last day of my life but.....

My condition forced to tell you all what if i left world without telling anyone?what you guys think then?? That I was also fake ? like others? I left without informing? Etc etc...
